Viddle V1 is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you use Viddle for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

You keep any rights you already hold in prompts and files you submit. You must have the rights, permissions and legally valid consent needed to upload and process them, including for a real person's face, voice or likeness.

Do not upload confidential, highly sensitive or regulated information unless Viddle has expressly agreed in writing that the Service is suitable for it.

Output rights depend on applicable law and the terms of the selected model provider. Viddle does not promise that an AI-generated output is copyrightable, unique, accurate, non-infringing or suitable for a particular use.

Review outputs before relying on or distributing them. You are responsible for required disclosures, permissions, clearances and human editorial review.

Where credits or paid services are enabled, Viddle shows the applicable price or credit estimate before confirmation. Provider retries or final costs may vary within the disclosed workflow limit.

A failed or cancelled operation may qualify for credit restoration after system verification. Use the Contact page with the run ID. This is not a promise of a cash refund, and statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Projects are intended to remain private unless a sharing control clearly says otherwise. Creating or exporting media does not publish it to a third-party service.

Viddle V1 does not promise automatic public publishing, a public creator feed or a marketplace. If those capabilities are introduced, their controls, moderation process and applicable terms will be presented before use.

Do not use Viddle for illegal activity, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malicious impersonation, fraud, targeted harassment, unlawful discrimination, rights infringement, malware or attempts to bypass safeguards.

Viddle and its providers may reject, pause or review requests, restrict tools or suspend accounts to protect people, the Service and third parties. See the Content Policy for more detail.

Viddle sends the minimum inputs needed to the generation, storage, payment or rendering providers you use. Their availability, processing times, policies and results can change or fail.

The private beta is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. Save important exports independently; previews, drafts or provider results should not be your only copy.

You may stop using Viddle at any time. Where account export or deletion controls are available, use them from your profile; otherwise contact support. Identity verification may be required.

Viddle may suspend access for serious policy breaches, security risk, fraud or legal requirements. Certain billing, security and legal records may be retained where required.

To the extent permitted by law, Viddle is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, output accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
