    • Fraud, malicious impersonation, deceptive endorsement or election manipulation

    1. Scope

This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated media, project metadata, exports and attempts to use Viddle tools. It applies whether an operation succeeds or is rejected.

V1 is a private creation service. Viddle does not currently promise automatic public publishing or a public moderation feed.

    2. Minors and sexual safety

Do not create, upload, transform, request or distribute sexual or suggestive content involving a person under 18 or a person presented as under 18. This includes fictional and AI-generated depictions.

Do not create or share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes or content depicting nudity obtained without valid consent.

    3. Real people, voices and likenesses

You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to process a real person's face, body, voice or other identifying characteristics.

Do not falsely portray a person as endorsing a product, making a statement, taking part in an event or committing misconduct. Public status does not remove a person's privacy, publicity or other rights.

    4. Deception, politics and fraud

Do not use Viddle for scams, forged evidence, phishing, identity theft, deceptive political persuasion, voter suppression, market manipulation or other material deception.

Artistic or satirical work must be presented in a context that does not reasonably mislead viewers about its authenticity or endorsement.

    5. Harassment and dangerous activity

Do not target people with harassment, threats, doxxing, unlawful discrimination or content intended to facilitate physical harm.

Do not request operational assistance for terrorism, malware, illegal weapons, exploitation or evasion of safety controls.

    6. Intellectual property and privacy

Only submit content you may lawfully process. Do not remove rights-management information, pass off another person's work as your own or use generated content to confuse people about source or ownership.

AI output can resemble existing material and may not be copyrightable. Review and clear an output before commercial use.

    7. Platform integrity

Do not probe private systems, steal credentials, evade rate or spend limits, automate abusive generation, manipulate credit accounting or use repository/web prompt injection to gain additional tool authority.

Uploaded files and URLs may be scanned, constrained or rejected to protect the Service and its providers.

    8. Checks and enforcement

Viddle may use provider safety systems and automated input/output checks. A rejected request does not necessarily mean a human reviewed it. Uncertain or serious cases may be restricted while investigated.

Viddle may block a generation, disable a tool, preserve relevant evidence or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, security or law.

    9. Reports, removal and review

Use the Contact page and include the Viddle run ID or hosted URL. Choose Safety for urgent harm, Privacy for personal data, or Copyright for rights claims. Do not email illegal imagery; send only the information needed to locate it.

Viddle can act on copies it controls. After an export is uploaded elsewhere, contact that platform as well. Any future public-sharing launch requires a conspicuous notice-and-action process and legally required removal coverage before it is enabled.
